2018 May 3rd, ZSTU School of International Education Graduate Fashion Exhibition is held in Hangzhou Landison Plaza HSD Hotel. MR. Gao Zhengrong, ZSTU vice-president and MR. Shen Kaibo, secretary of CCP Hangzhou Xiacheng District, secretary of Cross-Border Trading Town sign the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Hangzhou Xiacheng DistrictCross-Border Trading Town”, and then unveiled the “Zhejiang Sci-Tech University & Cross-Border Trading Town International Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Center” together.

As only titled Characteristic Town oriented in cross-border E-commerce in Zhejiang Province, Cross-Border Trading Town in Hangzhou Xiacheng District enjoys comprehensive cross-border integrated service system, mature cross-border E-commerce industry ecological chain and production-city convergence zone. In addition, it provides policy support, item hatching and entrepreneurial life services for international students. As a key university in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University is expending internationalization scale in these years, at the meanwhile, established training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents which reaches great achievements. Both sides are aiming to reach the goal of strategic cooperation development in the light of "close cooperation, complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and common development".

The establishment of “Zhejiang Sci-Tech University & Cross-Border Trading Town International Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Center”marks the seamless link between the efficient innovation and entrepreneurship service system in Cross-Border Trading Town and the international talent training of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, which will facilitate the process for more international students and innovative entrepreneurs to serve the new era of the globalized industry development.
