2.成员简介
李超荣教授
博士生导师,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,国务院特殊津贴专家,日本东北大学客座教授。主要从事宽禁带半导体光电转换及柔性透明器件、多尺度介观结构调控、高密度清洁能源转换等研究,通过微纳米半导体界面载流子输运的优化,实现了能源的高效转换。在Science、Adv. Mater.、PRL、APL等SCI期刊上发表论文180余篇。获教育部自然科学奖一等奖、浙江省科学技术二等奖。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,入选ESI热点论文2篇、高被引论文7篇,指导研究生1位获得博士学位,40位获得硕士学位,获浙江省优秀硕士学位论文1篇、校优秀硕士学位论文8篇。主讲《晶体生长(全英文)》等本科课程4门,《X射线衍射技术》等研究生课程4门
潘佳奇副教授
硕士生导师,物理学系副主任,韩国大邱庆北科学技术院访问学者。主要从事透明光电器件,柔性透明导电以及纳米光催化剂等研究,通过界面调控、能级调控以及微观结构调控,促进光生载流子的有效输运,最终实现高效的光电化学能源转换。在Appl. Catal. B,Chem. Eng. J,J Clean Produc.,J Energy Chem.等杂志发表论文100余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,浙江省自然科学基金2项,入选ESI热点论文1篇、高被引论文4篇,指导研究生20余位获得硕士学位,获浙江省优秀硕士学位论文1篇、校优秀硕士学位论文4篇。主讲《固体物理》等本科课程6门,《高等固体物理》研究生课程1门
