自2002年以来,共培养硕士生20多名(其中与同济大学和山西农业大学、中南林业科技大学联合培养4名),在校研究生5名。其中2名去香港中文大学、1名去Aarhus University、3名去浙江大学(2名免试)、1 名去中科院青岛海洋研究所攻读博士学位、1名去北京生物研究院工作、5名在高校工作、3名去农科所工作。获省优秀硕士论文1名和校优秀硕士论文3名。

指导本科生和研究生的省科技厅新苗计划项目6项,指导研究生获浙江省大学生科技创新基金2项,省教育厅研究生创新科研项目1项。

培养的硕士生多数(沈锦波、毛灵芝、彭秋发、邵敏敏、皮二旭、姜波、戴雅娟、刘颖、郑宏、娄和强、孙鹏、郑月萍、黄建丽、姜武、蒋玲玲、江正栋、常家东、江丽)有SCI论文,其中3篇及以上SCI论文的有7位(沈锦波、皮二旭、姜波、郑宏、娄和强、姜武、蒋玲玲)。指导本科生林秀艳发表SCI论文2篇。
